Rivescape is a relaxed riverside holiday home set on Berowra Waters under an hour from Sydney. Rivescape has an unpretentious coastal style that is perfect for families or small groups looking for a waterfront home. Whether it’s a range of water activities, fine dining (with one of Sydney’s best restaurants only a few doors up the river), WFH, or just a place to hit pause.

Kick back and mix a cocktail at sundown (or earlier), explore the secret beaches and surrounding inlets by kayak, do a yoga session by the water, jump off your own private jetty, use it base to WFH, fire up the BBQ, the outdoor fire pit or indoor fireplace or wait until the billions of stars come out on a clear night… whatever it is, Rivescape will make you feel a million miles away from anything and everything - while being under 40km from the CBD.

Accessible only by water, it reminds you often just how pleasant it is not to have cars or crowds within eye or earshot.

5-minute private return boat transfers for check-in/check-out are provided.

What an incredible view and gorgeous deck to enjoy it from! The use of the watercraft definitely came in handy and it was only a short trip in the dingy to the convenience store at the wharf. We loved our stay!

Wonderful stay

Gorgeous views, comfy beds, great pick up and drop off service. Lovely interior and inclusions, lovely candle as welcome gift. Would not suit those with mobility issues as many stairs to access. Wld definitely book again.

Perfect River Break!

This was the best holiday my kids and I have had in a long time! The property is stunning, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun break—SUPs, Kayaks, boats, fishing supplies, firepits, BBQ, games, and more. It was perfect for my tween/teen and kept them busy all day long. The house was thoughtfully stocked and well-equipped with modern amenities. We loved waking up to the sunny view of the river and National Park each morning. We will be back again soon!

Idyllic slow lazy days

A spacious cottage that is more a home away from home this place hosted us (a family of four and a couple) very comfortably. The place is well stocked, homely and in a great location not far from the boat ramp but also a very easy kayak or stand up paddle board ride to Calabash Bay. The balcony is large and sun drenched and has amazing views day or night. Perfect place to unwind and slow down in order to enjoy the simpler things (fishing, cooking, family and friends time, reading, kayaking, SUP boarding, etc.)

This place was magical. Had everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday. Only issues was getting in and out of river was difficult without stairs. Plus lots of jellyfish in the river. .

Superbly set up for just about any method of relaxation you can think of, with a beautiful location. Check in and out process was very easy thanks to the hosts and the lovely captain Colin! With a gift on arrival- this really felt like you were arriving at someone's home away from home. Thank you for having us!

A serene retreat with breathtaking views

I just had the pleasure of staying at Rivescape Berowra Waters, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning panoramic views of the water and surrounding mountains. The house itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The open-concept living area was spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the cozy indoor fireplace. The kitchen was a dream for someone like me and the dining area offered a great space to enjoy meals. What truly set this holiday house apart was the attention to detail. The hosts had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were quality. One of the highlights of my stay was spending time on the expansive deck. I can't stress enough how breathtaking the views were, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location of the holiday house was perfect, just a short drive from Sydney, but you feel a million miles away. It was in a very peaceful area, providing the much-needed escape from everyday life. Rivescape is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. Whether you're after a romantic getaway, a family vacation or time alone like me, this has it all. I can't wait to be back in this little piece of paradise.

Absolute paradise, we'll be back!

Weekends do not get much better than our time at this beautiful house, rivescape. The stylish, the view, the BBQ, the water, the fishing.... it was a weekend that felt both luxurious (the home), and rustic (our experience). We loved it. The checkin process was easy - and fun! We wouldnt have changed a thing. We are now planning when we'll be coming back to this paradise. Thankyou

Wonderful stay

This place is highly recommended! We loved the views, the location and most importantly our gift that was waiting for us!! Noone has ever gifted us something upon arrival and for Sharon and Tom to do that, made us feel loved and happy. I will definitely be coming again!
