The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a welcoming heart of this glorious home. Warm light filters through the sliding garden doors, extending the entertaining space to envelop the crystal pool beyond. This home is just waiting for long dinner parties! Sitting around the statement family table under a natural wicker light is a restful escape, where hours can be spent enjoying a delicious meal. Or, dine alfresco serving up a BBQ. For group breakfasts, make use of the breakfast bar, a part of the serene kitchen that forms the end of this inviting space. For a more restful setting, sink into the L-shaped sofa that surrounds the sleek TV shelf and electric fireplace. Adding a little more privacy, there is a second media room, boasting a soft white sofa, flatscreen TV, dedicated desk, and ample space for children to play. This is a great space for kids or teens to unwind if you’re holidaying as a large family!
There is abundant bedroom and bathroom space to discover, plus a private laundry room should you need it. The master bedroom invites you into a chic oasis, where statement wallpaper cocoons a King bed, enhanced by a private balcony to spill onto with a morning coffee. You’ll also find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, decorated in impeccable fashion. Two single rooms complete the bedroom spaces, and a trundle bed can be used if needed to sleep up to 9 guests.
This home has it all, but you’ll be hard-pressed not to venture out to explore the prestigious surroundings. Explore the sweeping leafy streets and grand homes of Rose Bay, indulging in a lifestyle that is the envy of the world. Enjoy fine dining at the renowned Catalina restaurant or relish in specialty coffee and artisan bread at Sonoma café. You are spoiled for choice with organic produce only a short walk away at the local farmers market and Parisi Food Hall. You have easy access to both Double Bay and Rose Bay for boutique shopping and their respective ferry wharves to the City. You’re also spoiled for choice on beach escapes. There are a host of incredible beaches in East Sydney, which are loved by locals, not to mention the famous bohemian Bondi just a 25-minute walk from your door. Don’t leave your beach discovery there - you must check out Paisley Bay or Nielsen Park Bay for beach sunsets (both an easy 20-minute bus journey), and of course, the sandy shores of Rose Bay Beach itself are on your doorstep, just waiting for relaxing days of sun, sand and sea.

The Neighbourhood
- When looking for somewhere to eat, don’t miss Jewel on the Bay. This exquisite Indian restaurant delivers high-quality dishes with laid-back vibes while overlooking the water. One not to miss! The Catalina restaurant in Rose Bay is renowned for having the best Sydney Rock Oysters in town. This is one of the area’s most romantic spots on the harbour.
- Convenience abounds as you’ll find Harris Farm Markets 3 minutes from your doorstep to pick up fresh groceries, juices and any other bits and pieces you need during your stay.
- Head to Rose Bay Park for an adventurous day out, where you can explore many activities and give kayaking a go. Lyne Park is another gorgeous park to explore, with tennis courts to hire.
- You can’t stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - iconic surfer’s paradise Bondi Beach is an easy walk and the beautiful Rose Bay Beach is on your doorstep. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in swathes of the coast!
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. The Rose Bay Ferry wharf is a 5-minute drive, a 20-minute walk, or a 10-minute ride on the 323 bus, and from here it’s a perfect commute by boat into the CBD. If you don't have a car we recommend car-sharing apps such as Uber. Other bus routes are equally convenient, and your nearest stop is New South Head Rd opp Elanora St. where you can find many convenient bus routes taking you to North Bondi, Edgecliff and Watsons Bay.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
