The apartment is located on the ground floor on a busy inner-city road with **constant traffic noise** to be expected. As it`s an older building, it doesn`t have the same level of sound insulation as newer homes. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. This central location provides exceptional access to Sydney`s attractions, public transport, dining, and entertainment.

Please note that the apartment does **not have air conditioning**. Ceiling fans, portable cooling system, and portable heaters are provided to help keep the apartment comfortable, and windows can be opened for natural ventilation. While Sydney enjoys a relatively mild climate for much of the year, the apartment may become warm during hotter summer days.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

Short-term paid parking is available on the street. For longer term, guests can use the nearby Domain Car Park or other nearby parking facilities. Parking fees apply.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- There are cameras at the entrance of the property. These cameras face outwards of the property and are not present inside the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
