"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."

"Beautiful clean room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and hot with great variety. The pool was absolutely stunning and relaxing. The only thing that let this hotel down was the evening meal, not cooked well, slow service (even though we were the only ones there). Everything else was amazing and would definitely stay again- would choose to eat out next time "

As stated in description the accommodation is over 3 floors and there is no lift but we knew this and wasn't a problem for us. "We booked this location based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food was very good, our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. As in other reviews be prepared for the walk up the hill from the city centre. It’s a long one but worth it when you get to the top! "
