"Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. "Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. "

"Rooms weren’t very clean.
Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room.
Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. "
