"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. They had elderly and handicapped people in mind when designing the rooms and building, big wide doors, hallways etc.
Migi is one of the staff (family owners) and he was absolutely amazing!! 😊 So friendly, so attentive and makes your stay as easy and hassle free as possible.

"The chalet had a persistent fetid odor and the bathroom smelled of drains. Lighting was very dim throughout. Beds were comfortable but consisted of two small twins pushed together; the second twin room was tiny. The living area had a small sofa, two armchairs, and a dining set, but soundproofing from other chalets was poor.
The kitchen had a dishwasher instead of the advertised washing machine. The coffee maker produced only "colored water," and basics like salt and pepper were missing. The...

"Ehrlich gesagt hat es schon schlecht angefangen. Total unorganisiert. Vor Ort wird mehr Geld verlangt als ausgeschrieben. Der Service von Bellvilla ist eine Katastrophe. Ich war über 20 Minuten lang am Telefon, um dann am Ende zu erfahren, dass ich ne Mail schreiben soll. Lächerlich! Wenn man reißt, sollte man dem Reiseanbieter vertrauen können."
