Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung war okay.Die Ausstattung an Büchern, Spielen auch für Kinder, inklusive einer Toni-Box ist sehr gut.Die Küchen Ausstattung ist etwas speziell und etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Dessert Teller gab es keine. Und die Küchen Schränke mit dem Geschirr hängen so hoch an der Wand, daß eine Körpergröße von mindestens 170cm schon gut wäre.Das Schlafzimmer ist super ausgestattet. Gute Betten und Bettzeug."

"De inventaris van de keuken is aan de magere kant. Er is geen hapjespan om lekkere gerechten klaar te maken. Er is alleen een koekepan. Daarnaast werden we verrast door het moeten betalen van servicekosten. Ik heb dat nog nagekeken en het staat inderdaad op de boekings bevestiging. Het voelt als geldklopperij en voor ons een reden niet weer via Belvilla te boeken."

"We had the family room and it was spacious with one main room with double bed and desk and separate bedroom with double bed. Was relatively clean with some dust under the beds. Modern shower/toilet rooms although quite small. Directly across the street from the train station, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, we were there on a Tuesday and the restaurant and wine bar is closed that day so we did not have opportunity to eat or drink."
