"This lake home had very adequate supplies; kitchen was very useful in the large family room. There are many beds for a large group. The teen girls enjoyed the bunk beds. A bathroom on each floor was essential so welcome. We so enjoyed the included pontoon and were able to launch our boat to pull tubers. A campfire provided us with an enjoyable time having s'mores. O'Brien Lake was really a nice clear lake with sandy bottom. Thanks also to Greg for quick replies to questions we had. From...

"We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "

It was the perfect place to reunite with our kids and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake and cabin area. I was so relieved it wasn't a busy lake and the kids loved swimming off the dock! "The house looked exactly like the pictures - not always the case with VRBOs - and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The hosts made it super easy to check in, and the house was very comfortable. Cooking and clean up was easy in the kitchen, and the outdoor grill worked well. The lakeshore was perfect - enough sand for the little ones to play, good swimming for the older ones, and the pontoon was pristine, ran well. We hope to return again next summer."

"We had the best time at this cabin. Dan and his brother really did a great job with the new addition! One of the best parts about this place was the screened in portion of the deck. We had some crummy weather this past week and we still got to be outside and enjoy the day even though it was raining!
