"My rooms were clean when I checked in. But even after staying in a room more than 3 days at a time and asking to have the room served it was never done. Ine night at 2am i had to do to the front desk looking for sheets and towels after i left them in the hallway that morning and being told my room would be serviced. I had to clean my own tub"

The rooms were well-designed and had a very functional bathroom with the toilet/shower section separate from sink/mirror so two people can get ready at the same time and there was actually a place to put things down (rarely in a hotel bathroom). "I did not stay at this hotel. I booked and got on the highway. While I was driving there, I received a call from the hotel that all the rooms were booked and there was no room available. No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. "

"The hotel was clean - updated lobby and dining area but our room was a little dilapidated. Additionally, it took about 15 minutes of running the shower and faucet for us to get hot water. The night guy at the front desk had to "reset the boiler" when I told him that we had no hot water but the problem persisted all weekend. Otherwise, it was a fine play to stay."

"At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am. I made it a point to be in the lobby at 3:30AM ! Luckily I was there early because the shuttle driver came at 3:43 am?? If o would have come down at 3:50 am I would’ve missed the shuttle!!! Unacceptable.."
