"5 stars! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well stocked, and the host went above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, and coffee. There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting anywhere around Little Falls. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay at this property was exceptional. We had a tornado warning with strong winds and rains. A tree went down into a neighbors property. The owners were professional and diligent cleaning it up. They communicated the issue and rectified it within hours. All our needs were met from a rental aspect. Little courtesies we’re extended like shampoo and conditioner. Every and I mean every need we could have had was met(fully furnished rooms down to nightlights were provided for, silverware to board...

"This place was perfect for our large family to stay which ranged for babies to grandparents. There was lots of space to spread out in the house and the beach and lake were clean and just right for us to spend the sunny days outside! Kristi’s communication was top notch! We can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a great long weekend in July 2025.PROS - Kitchen is great. Air conditioning is strong in the main room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of sleeping room. Main level master is plenty spacious. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen bunks - queen top and bottom. Bathrooms had body wash and shampoo. Plenty of towels were available. Indoor rocking chairs were comfy, along with the sectional. TV worked. Campfire pit was great. Canoe and kayaks had paddles and were available for free, which was...

"Quiet spot near the end of the paved road. Perfect for sitting outside and watching the loons that stayed on this end of the lake. Owner verified that we checked in okay and was eager to give us fishing tips. "

"This is a true gem. Old but updated cabin so you get the best of both worlds. The kids had a blast and this was awesome to have family members out for a day without houses and people right next to you. Storm came through...a bog was floating towards the island. The kids thought that was pretty cool. We will definately be back!"

"What an awesome cabin on lake Osakis! We had a group of 6 friends and had a great time. The cabin is clean and has plenty of room for everyone. Kids will LOVE staying here, there is a fun loft and they can fish right off the dock. There’s room to tie up your boat on the dock as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend! "
