"Our room was half clean half dirty. The bathroom was nasty hair was all over floor counter and bathtub. We could not switch rooms since fully booked it was not a good experience. Breakfast was decent but no fresh oatmeal as advertised."

"This was 1 of the worst potential hotel stay. My reservation was canceled at 1 PM. When I had a 3 PM check in. This unacceptable!! Hotel didn't help find another hotel and Hotel.com tried putting me up in a very sub par hotel"
