Lake Champlain/Maquam Bay Cottage - Water Access!
Perfect cabin on the lake. Beautiful views. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The town of Swanton was lovely with a wonderful restaurant, yummy bakery and access to the rail trails. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

NEW Build-Lake Champlain Waterfront: Year-round, Kayaks, Firepit, Sunsets, W/D
The cabin was small but so cute - set up really well! We loved having the lake right there, at the bottom of our steps. The sunset view was priceless.
