"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

"The pictures online are nothing like the hotel when you get there the hotel needs a makeover. It says that it has two restaurants but in fact, the breakfast is only open till 10:30 in the morning and the brasserie was only open 2 times and I stayed a full week. "Ideal room for a couples nights in the centre of town. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower and cooker. Shower pressure and temperature wasn’t good. Kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold with very little pressure. The cooker control knobs did not work properly and at one point wouldn’t turn off (very dangerous) so we had to unplug from the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "
