"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated.
As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room.
Although better, the room did not...

"Great communication, easy check in and wonderful location just over the road from the pub which serves excellent food. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Very well equipped. Host was lovely and very accommodating."

"A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus.It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place.The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin.We will return."
