Bio Terme Mala Nedelja is surrounded by nature and is only 5 kilometres away from your accommodation. A speciality of Bioterme is the thermal mineral water, the source of which is found in two boreholes at depths of 2273 m and 1537 m respectively. The water is pure, additive-free, high quality, hyperthermal, warm and rich in sodium, potassium and hydrogen carbonate, and its balneological properties make it suitable for recreational and professional athletes, as well as for medical purposes, as it has a positive effect on the maintenance of the musculoskeletal system and the spine.

The extensive landscape is characterised by the vineyards, most of which are family-owned and some of which are more than 100 years old.

On the way from Savci to Ptuj is the Savci fishing pond - a favourite gathering place for anglers. The pond covers 14.4 hectares. In the pond you can find mainly carp, grass carp, catfish and silver crucian carp. There is also a snack bar next to the pond where you can refresh yourself.

Cycling in the vineyards of Jeruzalem (Slovenian Tuscany) is only 18 kilometres from your accommodation. You can rent e-bikes or bicycles. An experience for the whole family with dozens of cycle paths through breathtaking nature.

Wine journey through time. Just 14 kilometres from your accommodation is Slovenia's oldest wine cellar, Ptujska klet, which has been storing the best wines from the Haloze and Slovenske gorice wine-growing regions for 700 years. During a guided tour of the cellar, you can taste the best archive vintages. In the wine archive you will find the cellar's greatest treasures, such as the oldest archive wine from 1917 from the famous Golden Vine and the largest wooden barrel with a capacity of more than 22,115 litres.

The oldest vine in the world is located in Maribor (Guinness Book of Records) and is only 42 kilometres away from your accommodation. In the House of the Old Vine there is a wine shop with a tasting room where you can sample top wines from the Styrian wine-growing region. There are also guided tours of the rich wine heritage and a museum exhibition.

Ptuj Castle is only 20 kilometres from your accommodation. Ptuj Castle is undoubtedly one of the fortresses in Slovenia that you should see and explore if you have the chance. It was originally built and completed in the first half of the 12th century, although records show that there used to be a fortress there in the 9th century. The last owners of the castle were the Counts of Herberstein, who renovated it in 1912. After the building was nationalised in 1945, it was converted into a museum called the Ptuj Ormož Regional Museum, which is now known as one of Slovenia's most important tourist attractions.

The ski slope is floodlit for night skiing, has an anchor lift and there is also a snowcat. Construction of the artificial snowmaking infrastructure began in 2003. The anchor lift was renewed in 2013 and this year the piste was covered with artificial snow for the first time. In recent years there was very little snow and the ski slope was almost never in operation, but then the loyal members of the Sveti Tomaž Ski Club, together with the municipality, ensured that the "Globoki klanec" ski slope in Hranjigovci was put back into operation, which was also the wish of many, especially winter sports fans. The ski slope is very interesting and has become a real attraction in this part of Slovenia.

On the way from Savci to Ptuj is the Savci fishing pond - this is a favourite gathering place for anglers. The pond covers 14.4 hectares and lies at an altitude of 220 metres above sea level. The depth of the pond is about 3 metres, which makes it a fish pond, but it could actually be a lake in terms of surface area. The pond is looked after by the Ormož fishing club. The pond is mainly home to carp, grass carp, catfish, silver crucian carp and bream. You can fish every day from morning to evening. Fishing at night is also possible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is also a snack bar by the pond where you can get refreshments and a fishing licence.
