"Wunderschöne kleine Villa unter Eichenbäumen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Super Rezeption Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Konoba Njivice sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Essen gehen möchte "

"Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. "

Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist ein charmantes, altes Häuschen, das sehr gepflegt und sauber war. "Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Ein super schönes modernes, sauberes Haus mit allem was man Brauch. Einer sehr ruhigen Lage und freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber:) Man kann den Bildern glauben:D wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:))) Hinweis für E-Autos: Laden kann man über die Schuko Steckdose. Funktioniert super, nur muss man (wenn möglich) die Ladeleistung etwas reduzieren. Durch die hohe Auslastung in der Hauptsaison kommt ab und zu mal die Sicherung, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. "
