The main living area features a dining room with a kitchen corner as well as a separate living and dining room, both benefiting from direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the main floor. On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor accommodates 3 additional bedrooms: the first features a French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm along with a private shower room with bidet and WC and direct terrace access; the second offers a French bed of the same dimensions, a private shower room with WC, and terrace access; the third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and its own terrace access.
