"Great location and wonderful space! Never heard from the host so we did kinda have to figure out check-in process like a puzzle. Everything was great! Very well equipped and would absolutely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Alfred's. The apartment was in a great location. The bathroom, while very small, functioned well. The apartment was cheery and bright. It is right across the path from Reykjavik Chips, a burger and basics restaurant that had great shakes. Very handy for a quick bite. The manager was very pleasant. Highly recommend!"

"This location and amenities was ideal for our trip to be right next to Hallgrimskirkja, and bus stop #8 and within walking distance of the waterfront with Viking ship, grocery stores, and even bus stop #11 for excursions. This hotel also offers privacy of not having day to day intrusions of house keeping staff etc. I highly recommend this location for its location and value! "

"Positives - clean room and very convenient location.
Negatives - no luggage drop off, no fan or AC, TV didn’t work and no elevator.
The place is clean and convenient, but if you’re flying from the US, flights generally arrive early and you will have to store your luggage. There is an automated luggage storage facility nearby, but the cost was about $25 for two medium bags and two carry ons. You will need to rent a couple of lockers. "We LOVED this property. Tucked off the main road in the farmland, was such a well appointed cottage with everything we could have possibly needed. The views were spectacular, the horses and sheep were so fun to watch right outside the big picture window. We loved it so much that we talked about building a little cottage on our own property similar to it. I highly recommend for small families or couples!!"

"Beautiful property. Had a fire going upon arrival in the middle of the tent. Kind workers. The family tent was perfect! Two twins and a queen. All beds had heated blankets/mattresses. Would stay again!"
