"Glamping experience with nice amenities all around and a really unique lounge area in the barn.
The main area is a large building and has multiple bathrooms and showers. The facilities and kitchen were a little tight for the amount of people when full, but ultimately worked out fine. The big surprise was the barn lounge area. I definitely recommend spending some time in what is a really cool and unique underground area.
Overall, was a comfortable and fun stay."

"The converted camper was as pictured and as described with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We especially appreciated the mini-fridge in the kitchenette. The central restroom facilities offered men's and women's sides with 2 bathroom stalls and 2 shower stalls in each. Esjan was well located between Borgarnes and Reykjavik."

"Extremely easy check in, the cottage was clean and comfortable and well appointed, we had everything we needed. The futon was very comfortable and unwinding with coffee in the swing was perfection. Wish we would have stayed more nights. Added bonuses: their on-site shop was a life saver for snacks and drinks!!! And they have a place for recycling and trash which is kind of hard to come by. The horses are snuggly and wonderful, sunrise views and aurora views are epic. Best place we stayed in...

"Top tier spot. Clean, warm in the winter, very responsive owners. Plenty of local stuff to do nearby like waterfall walks, Caves of Hella, wool market, and a cute cafe. A great middle point for exploring golden circle and south coast. "
