"Pretty good rooms. The small kitchen was sufficient for our stay, and the common areas were nice to use. Laundry was good, though the machines were a bit slow. Biggest downsides were the lack of AC, I was there during an anomalous heat wave, so the room got quite warm. The 2nd half of my trip was more typical weather during which just opening the windows was enough to cool the room. The pillows and blankets were also not great."

"Die Lage vom Charlottehaven ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der S-Bahn/Metro und damit direkt in der Innenstadt. Einkaufen kann man auch direkt um die Ecke, alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und richtig sauber, wir hatten mit unserem Hund mehr als genug Platz. Sogar ein Hundebett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, der...

"Perfekte Lage nahe der Metro, verschiedene Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, cooles Ambiente, freundliches Personal, große Auswahl am leckeren Frühstücksbuffet, lediglich die Matratzen fand ich etwas zu weich, ansonsten rundum empfehlenswert!!!"

"My partner and I had a very nice time. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen and washer/dryer added a lot to the experience. It was nice to be able to buy a good dinner at SuperBrugsen and Netto and eat in on some nights. Having traveled from overseas, it was great to not worry about running out of clean underwear and the like. The in-house dry cleaning service worked well too when needed. "Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was amazing - good quality bread, loved the fact there were ginger shots, fresh fruit, plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. "The stay blew away our expectations. We got a suite instead of a single room. The staff were probably the friendliest people in Copenhagen. The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure.
