"22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. There were all sorts of recreational opportunities, both indoors and out; no one was ever bored. Our family gathers annually for...

"Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!"

"We have stayed at many short-term rentals and The Misty Pond stands out as one of the most impressive! The grounds are breathtaking and beautifully well-maintained. The house was a perfect fit for our family with children as they would end each day playing in the pool while we made dinner. Missy obviously loves this property and allowing others to enjoy it! We give the Misty Pond 11 out of 10 stars! "

"This is located on Lake Lanier, but the water is VERY low at this property so my pontoon was almost hitting bottom to get to the dock. The Beds in each bedroom are ok, but very basic... No Water Glasses in Kitchen only a few coffee cup... ? The yard is very poor & dangerous to walk down to the dock. We had to be VERY careful & not maintained at all for this pricing. Dead bug right at the front door was not welcoming... We only rented it for 1 night & still had fun, but this is VERY overpriced &...

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"If you go by the pictures posted, it does not do it justice. The main room is very spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect size. Having the ability to do laundry in the apartment was great to clean dirty/sweaty uniforms. Perfect spot for the different field venues. Manager was quick to have one small problem fixed. Directions to the apartment were spot on, so please read and understand them, NO PROBLEM finding this location at all. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us...
