" We had a great stay. House was immaculate. Had all amenities and more. Very well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Perfect for two families. The kids had so much fun using the kayaks. The backyard was an amazing spot to hang out. The price was higher than we usually spend on a vacation rental but we felt it was worth it in this case. I would highly recommend this house. "

"Listing states the property is 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Please note that the second bedroom is located in a separate structure that is not attached to the house. This was not clear in the listing. If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. "We rented this unit for a week in July with my young family and it was perfect! The water sports made for easy kid entertainment and the views were excellent. The hosts were great to rent from and very accommodating and responsive. I recommend! "

"We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "
