Peaceful and private, located in rustic ambience and healthy surrounding, far from any pollutants, with plenty of space for children to play, makes it a perfect place for memorable holiday. No pets! Car is recommended!

The space

Sits on a property of 30,000 m2, or 7.4 Acre
Villa offers 140 m2 of living space on the ground floor [ 1500 square feet ] , plus upper suite of 38m2, large patio, kids playground and 40m2 pool
[ 430 Square feet ].
Ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, foyer with Living room, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area. Laundry is outside in separate room.
There are 3 exits on to the large stone-tiled patio in front of the villa, one close to kitchen and two from the Living room. Patio is equipped with dining table for 8 people, easy chairs and sunbeds. To fully enjoy al fresco dining, traditional stone grill is conveniently located not far from the patio dining table. Children’s playground is also near by, so that children can be easily monitored.
On the second floor, using separate entrance, is one-bedroom suite, with dining - sitting room,small kitchen,full bathroom and a terrace with a magnificent view. It has own Air conditioning unit. Please note that suite is part of the villa as a whole, and cannot be booked separately!

Guest access

Villa with pool, private parking, private access and entrance, upper floor suit, and all accompanying amenities is available exclusively for guests use.
There are two other smaller houses on the property. One facing opposite direction is occupied by owners, with separate access and entrance one level under and from opposite side off the villa. Interiors of two smaller houses are unfinished, and they are not occupied. Owner will check on pool, watering the plants, in general be available to resolve any issue. However, any access or interaction with guests will be pre arranged in order not to effect guests privacy.


Interaction with guests

Everything offered at this villa is in order to have a perfect and memorable holiday: Spacious, fully equipped, comfortable 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms villa with large swimming pool and magnificent view. Clean air and healthy environment, rustic ambience away from the bustled and crowded beaches. Plenty of space for parking and plenty of space for children to play. Very peaceful.
Guests have their own Laundry Room, few steps outside the villa.

Villa can accommodate max 8 people. No pets! Car is recommended.

Other things to note

Owners will be completely separated from the guests, with own parking, own access and entrance.
Special attention will be taken to avoid interference with guest privacy.
