"Solid stay all round. Nothing fancy but exceeded expectations. Bed was soft and pillows good. Shower and bathroom was spacious, recently renovated, good pressure in shower and hot water was good. Check in was efficient, keypad doors worked fine. TV modern and large, built in usb chargers both types. Had dinner and drinks at the sports bar, getting past the smoke smell, everything was tidy, new and the food reasonably priced and tasty! Was a little loud with the train and from the...

"Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!! "

"Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean,comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day."

"Parking was pre-paid but the number plate recognition did not work even once. The restaurant is only open for bar food, and only Friday to Sunday. The restaurant was noisy. There is only a bar to buy drinks Fri to Sun. Room service over the Easter weekend had to be specifically requested each day (presumably to save on staff penalty rates)."

"Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ya está un poco viejo, pero muy limpio. Necesita un poco de renovación en los muebles de baño. La comida en el restaurante es cara y el smarTV no funciona tan perfecto. Pero en términos generales, está bien para pasar la noche antes de un vuelo. Eso sí: el personal es muy cordial y amable."
