"Safe neighborhood. Convenient location. Shared kitchen and bathroom but other guests checked out after the first night so I had the place to myself for three more nights. No breakfast but I left very early each morning so it wouldn’t have matter."

"Very nice place to stay for someone with a tight budget and travelling light. Getting there was a bit tedious because of construction but staff provided excellent instructions. They do have shared bathrooms for those who are comfortable with it but they do have price bathrooms as well. Tub/shower was pretty stained and rusted. The room itself was well put together. Unfortunately there is no AC in each room, just central air throughout the entire building. The walls are thin which caused noise...

NOT AS ADVERTISED!
The place was filthy. Wallpaper and paint was peeling off the walls, desk “service” was a joke. $150 damage deposit and I don’t think they even put that much into the master’s evenings the smelly couch that was cover with something that was supposed to pass as a cover. We had to search for the outside stairs then walk up them in low level lighting. We literally walked into our room (after fighting to unstick the door so it would even open) took one...
