"From the pictures it looks really nice and clean overlooking a lake. When I arrived there I saw high grass and weeds everywhere. You could not even walk down to the lake because the landscaping is so bad. The bathtub was peeled and the black grout looked dirty. There was no a/c in the two bedrooms ..."
