"Karen was very responsive when we made our reservation, and we found everything to be really wonderful at the cabin. The location on the lake was spectacular and it was a joy to relax on the deck as the cool breeze blew off of the lake. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, sheets and linens were provided and were of very good quality. The cabin was very quiet, dog friendly, with plenty of room for two people. While we didn't use the nicely remodeled kitchen, the...

"Simple living with a "front row covered porch seat" to view the lake. Spent the first hour of our mini vacation on the porch watching the rain fall and listening to thunder. What a treat!Minor maintenance issue taken care of immediately! Don't hesitate to rent this cute and cozy studio cabin.Excellent dining very near. All in all a delightful 3 days."

"We had a family of 10 from 8 years old to 73. Had an amazing time, the home is beautiful, had everything we needed for our families. Dee was attentive, always answered my questions in a timely manner. We rented a boat so the dock came in very handy, the last day we just stayed on the lower dock and the kids had a blast jumping off the dock, as we took advantage of the great furniture they had on the lower dock. "The check-in was so efficient, exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is light & bright and laid out well. The 4 of us used the kitchen table for playing card games at night and it wasn’t cramped. The living room area was comfortable with the sofa and 2 easy chairs."

"This was a great house. The lake access was about a mile down the road and the only bummer about staying here. It looks close, but it’s all private property across the street. "

"We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. "

"We really enjoyed the spacious house, especially the several outdoor decks. However, we didn't realize that the house was located so close to the burned down area which looks so devastated.We found some very sweet areas to go swimming but definitely needed to drive to reach them."

"Super cute Cabin. Kitchen has everything you need. Towels provided in Bathrooms. Large patio with multiple seating areas. Communication was amazing. "

"This cabin is full of lovely woodsy themed decor with antiques and also modern amenities. My four grandchildren loved the game room, and especially competing at the foosball table. At the rear of the cabin there is a firepit, and a peek of the lake. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and a glass of wine there in the evening. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lanita, the owner, was very helpful and gracious with our questions and providing information. When we visit the lake again...

"We had an amazing time with our family! Perfect house, location and host! The Kitchen and dining area was a favorite for meals and after dinner games. The deck was perfect for Happy Hour wine chats or early morning coffee conversations. The rec center had everything we loved. We rented a pontoon boat and cruised the lake, jumped into the water and even surfed behind it! We look forward to coming back! -Thank you!"
