"Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Not over decorated - simple (which we liked). Quick response from host - very friendly. Only recommendation would be to have enough towels/washcloths for the number of guests staying (and I didn't ask for more, we made due). Not a complaint, just a recommendation. Very pleased, would stay again."

"We found the property to be true to the description. Despite being up the street in a neighborhood, we could see the ocean and it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Conveniently, the closest access to the beach is also the access that is equiped with public restrooms and outdoor rinse-off showers. The check-in and check-out were super easy. The garage fit our Camry rental with an inch to spare. Don't bring anything larger. This close to a public beach access, parking on the street can't be...

"The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future "

"Everything was great, although im not sure that the property fits 3 adults and a child. If the couch was a sofa bed or futon it would make more sense. Other than that it was cute, and comfortable. "

"Cute cottage in a walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard made it easy to stay with a dog. Would stay again here everytime! "

"Traveling through Kansas and stayed one night. Family of 5 (including Grandparents in their 80s).The house was sparkling clean. Very well decorated. Bedding was soft, new and clean. We cooked a meal (grocery store is two blocks away) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The basement with ping pong was a BLAST! The backyard was great for our little dog. The owners communication prior was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this home. "

"This was a quaint little place to stay for the purpose I was in that area. I appreciated the simpleness and location. Two things I didn't like was all the stairs and there was no covering on the front door window."

"Excellent! The house was set up well for a group. Every bedroom has own bathroom with supplies and TV. Plus, there is a half bath in the living area. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Decorations were historical to the area providing interesting conversation. We would highly recommend!"
