"인피니티풀에서 수영을 하다보니 바람이 불거나 구름이 껴서 해가 없으면 추워서 몸살이 나서 프론트에 타이레놀과 같은 상비약이 있는지 물어보니 약사법을 거론하며 밖에 편의점에서 찾아 구입하라고 함. 편의점에서도 구입할 수 있는 품목은 약사법과 관련없이 밴드류나 혹은 일반 진통제는 호텔에서도 준비할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 정 호텔에서 구비해 놓기 싫으면 적어도 호텔 편의점에라도 판매하는 것이 맞지 않을까요? 상비약은 수입과 관련없다고 판단했는지 너무 실망스러웠습니다."
