"Philippe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped in. Knowledgeable and helpful with our questions.
Hotel room was big and had a kitchen which was a nice surprise.
Located easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the lake it was a great trip. "

"We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay."

"The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really enhanced the overall experience. We travelled as a family of five—two adults and three children aged 9, 4, and 2—and found the hotel generally accommodating for families.
Breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, but the pricing structure worked well for us. For each paying adult, one child could eat free, and children under 3 were free anyway. This meant we only paid for the two adults, coming to a total of...
