"This is an outstanding rental in a very petty area. It’s located very close to an awesome supper club (Maiden Lake) in addition to a grocery store, etc. You can walk from the cottage to an estuary where there is great birding —tons of Warblers, Waxwings, Kingbirds etc. The property is extremely clean and has upscale offerings. "Great stay! The property has everything for a quick getaway."

"Our stay was not typical. First the location is great, lots of room, big deck, peaceful lakeside. We had to cut our stay short because of a recurring issue with a gas leak. The owner lives in Las Vegas. Responses to phone msg and texts varied. This would not have been a big problem except for the urgency of our particular situation. Coordination issues with local caretaker/utilities ultimately contributed to our early departure. There was an initial attempt to repair but the problem reoccured....

"The property needed some care, The kitchen didn’t have enough pots and pans to prepare any meals or glasses for wine or cocktails. No toaster!Freezer filled with owners food and no room for guest food!Had to clean a shelf in the refrigerator to store guest food!House and property not suitable for people with limited mobility.Water smelled of sulfur.Very attractive living room area."

"The cabin has a lot of problems. The slidingvpatio door bearly works , bottom of door is full of dead bugs , owner left pills on top of fridge, the shower leaked from underneath, the bed was small had 2 box springs so it was way too bouncy. Seemed like the owner had just thrown this together that day. There were dead bugs on floors wasps flying around, animal pee on bedroom floor. The hot tub is in a separate building you have to walk outside to access it. The rarea is very dirty , spider webs...

"For the 1st time renting a house, my family and I had a great time. We really enjoyed staying here. It is so close to everything which we really liked. We will be coming back definitely."
