Ohana - Walk to beach in Surfside Beach

Ohana welcomes you and your family to the "Family Beach", Surfside Beach, SC. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home sits just behind a 2nd row property and has ocean views! A reverse floor plan allows gatherings upstairs in the commons areas with most of the bedrooms on the lower level. There are smart TV's in every bedroom along with a 70" TV in the family room and 55" TV in the dining room. All TV's have HTC cable channels along with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Prime Video. Enjoy the outside on one of four covered porches. Spend your days on the beach or by the private pool. Pool is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if the air temp is not below 55F. There is a separate wine/beverage cooler, outside shower and a charcoal grill. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Garage is not for renter use - private owner storage only.

This property features an elevator, and $200 has been added to the weekly rate as a fee for its use. While we will make every effort to ensure its operation during your stay, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally make that impossible. Should the elevator be rendered inoperable during your stay, any refund will be limited to the aforementioned $200 amount, and we cannot move you to another property.

This property has 3 security cameras installed by the owner located under the home to monitor the parking area, pool equipment and the entry . Additional cameras in locked garage area not accessible to guests.

Ohana is wonderful! The house was perfect for our family; it was so comfortable and accommodating. We loved the closeness to the beach and the ocean views from all the rooms! Great location!!

Great Family Get away

At first walking in we walked into a problem with cleaning, and bedding not changed etc. and the fridge didn't work. I immediately called the afterhours line, and all wrongs was made right instantly no hesitation at all the crew worked after hours to accommodate and all was well. The house is as seen on listing and everything in the house is well cared for. It has a ton of stairs, but the elevator works so i would definitely come back again and recommend the OHANA! We will be back, and we thank all of the Staff and Dunes Realty!

Amazing House

This home is IT for your and your family's needs! Have an a person with mobility issues? Not a problem with a working elevator inside the home. Minimal but exquisite decor, lots of room in every bedroom! Plus every bedroom has an on-suite!!! Half bath on the main living level for convenience. 90 seconds from the door to the sun and sand...doesn't get much better than this! Oh wait, yes it does...private heated pool!! Swim when you want with the party you came with. Fun, family spot...will definitely return!!

2023 Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. Great location, just steps to the beach. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time and Ohana was perfect for us. It is an extremely short walk to the beach, even with five kids 5 years old and younger! The house was super clean and well maintained. The heated pool was actually warm so we were able to enjoy it even in early April. Surfside is a lovely area, quiet and friendly, with enough to do to keep everyone entertained.

Great Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time at Ohana. Beach access was so close and the view from the house was great. Heated pool was perfect when the weather was still a little chilly. Thank you for providing a perfect place for a much needed break!

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway

Nice, clean, spacious and perfect location ☺️ Quick walk to the beach (even with little ones) and the private pool was awesome. The house was extremely clean and updated, and it also had nice new appliances and utensils. We loved that each bedroom had a full bath and the 4 decks were a huge bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ohana and hope to revisit in the near future!

Ohana is perfect!

Excellent property! Perfect for families. Private pool is so nice. Being so close to the beach is great! House is well equipped with everything; Especially the kitchen! Well maintained. We stayed for two weeks and it was one of the best vacations we had with our family and friends.

Great house/Perfect location

Ohana is a very nice house and so close to the beach! Save your money; no need to rent a golf cart since access is right across the street. The house is nicely furnished and accommodated 11 of us well. It is equipped with all of the necessary appliances, cookware, serving dishes, storage containers and utensils. We hope to stay at Ohana again!
