Enjoy peace and quiet in one of Surfside Beach’s best kept secrets! Located in family-friendly Golf Colony Resort and just 1.5 miles from the family friendly Surfside Beaches. This gas powered golf cart friendly community has plenty of parking for your family. Follow the daily caravan of carts to the beach or local brunch spots!



The Space:

A large open living/dining area and comfy sleeping accommodations welcome you home and a fully stocked kitchen will allow you to make those comfort food meals with the whole family. The main floor primary bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom steps away containing a tub/shower combo still good for the little ones. The upstairs loft suite has two queen beds and a spacious en suite private bath bath offering a tub/shower combo as well. Both bedrooms have 40"+ smart tv's with premium cable and streaming available and the living room has an additional 55" Roku smart tv. The wifi is excellent with 125+ MBPS speeds and multiple devices can be running at the same time with no interruptions.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock entry will be provided 48 hours in advance of check in.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
