Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean View Condo in Surfside Beach

  • Beachwalk # 303 está convenientemente ubicado en Surfside Beach, SC, entre el muelle de Surfside Beach y el muelle de Garden City. Esta es una unidad del tercer piso en un edificio de 12 unidades. Mi esposa y yo somos propietarios de esta unidad desde 2002 y disfrutamos pasar el tiempo allí con nuestros hijos con la mayor frecuencia posible. La unidad tiene más de 1000 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios de tamaño completo, 2 baños completos, una espaciosa cocina, un área de comedor / sala de estar con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al balcón y un lavadero con lavadora y secadora. El techo alto de la sala y el tragaluz también son características atractivas. La unidad es espaciosa, lo que permite a la familia disfrutar del tiempo juntos, así como también permite que un individuo disfrute de cierta privacidad cuando lo desee.

    Beachwalk tiene una gran área de estacionamiento en la parte trasera del edificio y una pequeña cantidad de espacios en la parte delantera. La gran piscina, ubicada en la parte trasera del edificio, ofrece muchas horas de diversión. Como solo hay 12 unidades en el edificio, la piscina rara vez está abarrotada. Beachwalk está justo al otro lado de la calle del acceso público a la playa y tus pies pueden estar en la arena y el océano en un par de minutos.

    El muelle de Surfside y el muelle de Garden City ofrecen una excelente oportunidad para pescar para quienes lo disfrutan. Hay restaurantes cerca de ambos. El muelle de Garden City tiene una sala de juegos y hay música en vivo por las noches durante los meses de verano. Hay parques comunitarios a poca distancia de Beachwalk que tienen columpios, toboganes, etc. para que disfruten los niños más pequeños. Tanto adultos como niños disfrutan viendo y alimentando a las tortugas en un estanque cercano por las noches. Está a poca distancia en coche de muchos otros restaurantes, un parque acuático, un mercado de pulgas, bolos, minigolf, tiendas y muchas otras actividades. Myrtle Beach está aproximadamente a 10 minutos para aquellos que quieran aventurarse más lejos.

We were very happy with the property. There were plenty of dishes. The property was clean and the carpet was in very good condition, especially considering the proximity to the beach. We had a great time and would return.

Great Experience

This property is in an excellent location. It is clean and was perfect for our family. Loved the high ceiling and view of the ocean. Check in and check out process was good and the owner communicated appropriately. We also appreciated that it came with 2 parking passes so we could park our vehicle and golf cart. Many stores and resturants are golf cart accessible from this property. Pool was always clean and never packed. Easy walk to beach. Great stay!

Home away from Home

We had a great time! Condo was really nice. Very clean with everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Dean was very helpful when we had a question about parking. Definitely recommended this condo.

Great condo! Third floor unit with ocean views. Very clean and comfortable. Dean was great to work with. He allowed us a later check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space for for a getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Easy checkin process, great view, and clean space. Only downside was that the necessities were a bare minimum (bath tissue, papers towels, etc…). No dish soap, etc…Just know to bring your own everything, which is ok if you know to pack everything beforehand.

Great property

Great property with a great price point. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week. I loved the layout of the condo which made it perfect for my adult daughter and I. The only issue I had was key garage lock on the door, which was user error. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Surfside SC.

Perfect location and the rental could not have been nicer. Comfortable new beds. New carpet. 2 bathrooms. Decks with ocean views. Fully functional kitchen. Outdoor pool is perfect. Will absolutely be back next year!!!

Quiet getaway

Property was nice, but wish they had an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor, and we are in our 70’s. Something had jammed the key box when we arrived, but owner responded immediately when we called.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, and would most definitely stay again. Dean is a very responsive and helpful host. I gave a four star rating on cleanliness, not because the unit was not clean, because it was. The issue was there were a few places that needed a thorough dusting. It was mostly walls close to the heating and air vents and above washer and dryer. I’m sure this is hard to keep ahead of during busy tourist season, and is probably addressed in the slower off season. Again, this definitely would not stop me from staying here again. We enjoyed our stay and week at the beach!!

Primo location in a clean condo

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fresh and clean smell. You could tell that it had been thoroughly cleaned. We didn’t cook, but if we had wanted to make dinner, the kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. I worked from the condo and loved that I could sit at the table and see the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes which was fantastic. I loved the layout of this condo as we were 2 adults couples, and the bedrooms did not share a wall. Also, we never heard the neighbors despite being surrounded by families! The A/C worked great, so despite the sweltering heat outside, we were always cool! The skylight and cathedral ceiling in the living room made the main area very bright and felt spacious. Having cable TV was a plus as we did watch TV at night. The mattress in the master was very comfy and there was tons of storage! Parking was always plentiful. There were lots of open spaces despite it being a holiday week. Cons: 3rd floor with no elevator & linens/towels are not provided. I did not notice this while looking at amenities because I had never rented a unit that didn’t provide it. So if you are flying in, you should be sure to note this. (The listing is correct, but since it’s simply not listed as an amenity, you may miss it.) You are on Ocean Blvd, so during busy times, the master can get quite a bit of road noise. The unit, for the most part, has not had any updates, but for us, the location was more important!

Great Surfside Location

Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Location is great for the ocean, food and things to do. We visit Surfside often and we'll stay here again.

Great place to stay. We loved the location an very short walk to the beach. We didn’t think we would enjoy the pool, as we have not had one in the past years staying in MB, but great way to end a hot day at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!
