  • Este condominio de 3 habitaciones con vista al mar recientemente renovado con pisos de baldosas y madera le espera a usted y su familia. Encontrará una unidad de tercer piso totalmente equipada y bien equipada. Cocina de granito con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Habitación principal con baño privado, TV de pantalla plana, vestidor y cama queen size. Segundo dormitorio, con TV de pantalla plana, baño compartido, vestidor, deslizador a cubierta y cama queen size. Tercer dormitorio con cama doble extralarga y literas. Esta unidad duerme cómodamente 7. Sala de estar con control deslizante que conduce a una gran terraza cubierta con vista al mar, amueblada con ventilador de techo al aire libre, mesa y sillas que amplían su espacio habitable. Puede caminar fácilmente a la playa y, para su comodidad, tendrá acceso al almacenamiento en la planta baja para dejar el equipo de playa o los palos de golf. Lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo en lavadero separado en la unidad. ¡Piscina en el lugar, parrilla de barbacoa y hermosos paisajes para que usted y sus invitados disfruten! Barrio bastante familiar pero cerca de atracciones para todas las edades. ¡Ven a ver este alquiler de vacaciones y estarás tan contento de haberlo hecho! Tenga en cuenta que no hay ascensor. Hay un amplio estacionamiento para 2 autos (HOA no permite el estacionamiento de remolques o vehículos comerciales).

My family and I had such a relaxing fun time at this condo, great communication and just as advertised. Clean with all you need from your home away from home. Definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone, minutes walk to the beach and close access to stores, restaurants etc

We had an amazing time staying at this family friendly, quiet, clean and very roomy condo! We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee and looking out at the ocean. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! The hosts also responded very quickly with any questions I had as well.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for the Fall Rally in Murrell’s Inlet. The condo was beautiful- just as described and comfortable! Great location and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Getaway

Great condo with everything we needed for our short getaway. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Our unit was totally as pictured with all listed amenities. Lots of space for our granddaughter to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet.

Thanksgiving visit

We have family living in Surfside and this was a perfect spot for us to stay and walk to their home. We enjoyed waking up early and walking a short block to watch the sunrise on the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We would definitely book again.

Perfect location

This Condo was outstanding. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The one block walk to the beach was convenient and the extras provided such as bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs were a great bonus. Also a short walk to the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Was just as listed. We had a great time and everything was perfect. Property is well maintained. Short 1 block walk to the beach and few blocks to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Gail and Angelo!

Weekend Trip

Very comfy and clean condo! Everything one could need on hand when you get there, too. Close to the beach and beach supplies available in a storage closet. Great hosts, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Awesome!

We stayed at Gail and Angelo’s place when my son played at Ripken. It was super convenient. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet and the beach is super close. The condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. There is a wonderful breeze as you sit on the balcony to enjoy breakfast. Gail and Angelo were very responsive with all of our questions. Honestly, everything was amazing. Definitely hope to stay in the future.

Gail and Angelo's place was perfect for the 6 of our family. We had 4 adults, two pre-teens. Having the kids own room was great. Their unit is clean, beautifully decorated and comfy.You can't bet the location either.The one downside is the outdoor grill area. We love to grill, but the grills we very old, rusty, and hate to say it just plain dirty. I know that's not Gails fault. We did love the pool, big and many times we had it to ourselves.

Chanticleer Visit, Take Two

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here for Parents Weekend (or our version of Parents Weekend). Condo is in the perfect location as it is close to the beach and close to the school. Just about 20 minutes away from campus. Condo is perfect! Clean and roomy! Just what you need when you are down for the weekend. THank you for having the perfect place to visit our Chant! Chants UP!

60th Birthday Girls Weekend

It was the perfect location for my sister's birthday celebration. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. Walked to local restaurants and the beach. Short drive to Marshwalk for restaurants and dolphin cruise. Short drive to minigolf and escape room and yoga studio. We were able to pack so much into a 3-day weekend because of the perfect location. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. It's on the 3rd floor, so one member of the party had a little trouble with the stairs. Overall a great trip made better by this awesome Condo. Thanks!
