Waves at Surf Beach

  • Waves at Surfbeach is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. Breakaway Lodge unit complex.
    This is a uniquely located property directly on the beach. This is a top story unit only a short flight of stairs to access the property. It is a basic unit but is located right near the beach front of Surf Beach, it offers great value for money for the family on a budget. Relax & watch the waves roll in from the balcony. A fenced community garden with picnic area so very safe for the children to play in. Located just at the entry way to the unit complex is a take-away for that morning coffee fix. Just across the road behind this complex is the village of Surf beach shops with a bus stop. This property is so affordable, for that much needed getaway.

    No BBQ at this complex.
    Bedroom Linen is included.
    The master bedroom has a Queen bed.
    The second bedroom has 1 set of bunks and a single bed.

    Bathrooms/Laundry: The bathroom laundry is combined and they have made great use of space, there is a combined washing machine and dryer. A shower and toilet but sorry no bath.

    Living Area/Kitchen: There is a brand new kitchen and open plan living area which is positioned to take advantage of the sea breeze. We have a split system A/C to keep you comfortable. There is a new balcony off here which is a comfortable area to sit and relax, and enjoy the views. A well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.

    Pets: Unfortunately this apartment isn't suitable for pets.

A lovely property next to the beach. The lack of WiFi and distance from city center made our (my coworker and myself) work more difficult to complete.

Fabulous Beach Front Location

Lovely updated flat, trees from council need a bit of trim to take in the full view, but best location. Nicely updated and a small front verandah. Comfy main bed. Easy checkin process, best property manager very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic accommodation, had all the little extras needed. Good beds and comfy couches. Proximity to beach was perfect, loved the cafe downstairs. Balcony is fantastic giving view to the waves. Agent was fantastic, and helped when we couldn’t get in. Highly recommend!!! Only complaint would be the cleaning prior to our arrival. There was things still on the bed, and dirty clothing left in the main bedroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A regular at this place, and with the new renovation it is even more comfortable. Small but has everything you need. Second bedroom configuration should be rethought, very hard to get in and out of bunk beds - maybe a trundle under the bottom bunk would be a better option. Would be great if there was WIFI included.
