“Good Vibes at Surf Beach” is a delightful double-storey family and pet friendly home in Surf Beach just a short drive or 3 minute walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes and San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This split level home is accessed via the front upstairs Balcony to the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, DVD player & dozens of movies). Down 7 stairs is a central hallway leading to Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (each with BIR), Bedroom 3, a Bathroom (with shower over a hip bath) and the fully equiped Laundry (with washing machine, clothes dryer & separate Toilet) that also has separate access to the rear Outdoor Area.

The fantastic large Downstairs Games Room is accessed externally and features a TV, Pansonic bluetooth speaker, pool table, table tennis table, some couches, boogie boards and various board games.

Outdoor Areas

The semi-covered large front Balcony (with gas BBQ & seating for 8) overlooks the Surf Beach area with rural glimpses. The rear semi-covered Outdoor Deck (with bar table, seating for 4 & an electric-heated 7-seater spa) overlooks the fully enclosed yard that is perfect for children and pets and also features an outdoor hot/cold shower and a firepit (some wood provided to get you started). There is parking for up to 5 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the large "U" shaped driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine with frother, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the upstairs Kitchen/Dining/Living room, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 3, plus one additional stand-alone fan and two heaters which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 7 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two sets of Single bunks and one Single Trundle bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
