"I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star, but unfortunately not a 5-star experience. We booked a Deluxe room and requested a higher floor at check-in. Nothing was mentioned, and we were assigned a room on the lowest floor, which was disappointing. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom layout is quite impractical. "Two issues: hot water was not all that hot and the building fire alarm was having issues - it went off a 1AM when I was staying and the strobe light in my bathroom didn’t stop flashing until 8 AM. Fortunately maintenance disconnected the strobe in my room so I could sleep. I overheard the fire department say this was the 25th time they had been called to the property in 2026 on false alarms. This needs resolved "
