"Didn’t realize this was a duplex turned into a single rental with two kitchens, two living areas with 3 bedrooms on each side. It worked out perfectly for our big family. Clean, beautifully decorated in “beach” themes. Kitchen was fully stocked… and then some! Having two refrigerators worked out really well with our big group. We had a few minor items that needed attention and communication with the owner was prompt and issues were solved. The private pool was perfect with a large shallow...

"This house was cozy, very clean & perfect for my husband & I first stay @ Holden Beach. The interior style was fun & eclectic. The property was ocean front though the dunes were too high for a view. Easy access to beach right next door though the public paid parking could be noisy due to the activity of others arriving to the beach. The only suggestions would be a more upgraded mattress in the bedroom ( very lumpy) & access to additional blankets."

"We stayed at this condo for our yearly spring break girls’ trip. It was perfect! We watched dolphins from the balcony and were walking distance to several great restaurants. The ocean was only steps away and we found shells and sharks teeth every time we went out. The owners have special touches throughout the condo including a sweet treat for fur babies! I highly recommend this condo! I promise you will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to come back next spring break!"
