"This is absolutely the nicest home. It was super clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens in both bathrooms. It's 5 minutes from the beach , Foodlion and all the fun on the causeway. The host was so nice and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were all so friendly. I was there with my 3 granddaughters who enjoyed the home so much. They were able to ride their bikes to the Innercostal...

"We had an amazing week! The house was very roomy and clean. The kids loved having a full sized pool in the backyard. The extra refrigerator in the basement was a plus and great for keeping extra drinks. It made it easy to grab a drink from the pool without having to dry off. The location and the walk to the beach was easy. We loved having a private access walkway to the beach."

"Great house! Layout, location and pool area were wonderful! Had a little mishap with the communication on golf cart but they handled it very quickly for us. House needs a little work but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. The house was a bit humid inside, sheets felt damp. Bedding, toiletries were great and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Our family had a wonderful stay. "

"We had a great stay at this beach house. Loved the location, the house, and the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool was great. The house could use a deep clean. We had air conditioning issues for most of our stay, but the property managers were very responsive and had technicians come to the house several times. So, I was very appreciative of their response and efforts to get it resolved. Overall, it was a great week and we enjoyed our time there."

"This location was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. We love the long pier and ease of access to fishing, crabbing and oysters. The hammock under the covered pier was a perfect place to relax! Their neighborhood was quiet and was extremely peaceful. The fenced in front yard made having our dogs a stress free experience also. The host was quick to communicate and they provided a comfortable family experience."

"The house was perfect for our family. The pool was the perfect spot to enjoy the sound of the ocean. While on the beach we felt like we had our own private space. Suncoast Vacations was great to work with. During our stay there were a few minor issues and they responded immediately. Would definitely book with them again! Would love this house again but since no longer allow pets will not be able to book."

"Great smaller-sized beachfront home for a family or two. We loved the old-fashioned charm reminding us on Holden Beach from the 1960's and 1970's. The only two changes we recommend are buying cooking trays small enough to fit in the oven and maybe a new coffee maker. Otherwise, we would definitely book again. "
