An Oceanfront getaway, "Clippers Ocean Spray" offers guest 6 Bedrooms, each with private bath, and your own private pool inside the gated community of Holden West. Enjoy spectacular views with kitchen updates including new countertops and appliances for 2022.

You will love the large open-concept living/dining/kitchen areas, with plenty of seating, and room for the entire gang to gather together while cooking and eating gourmet meals, or just spending time together making sweet memories! Also on this first level, you will discover 2 bedrooms for your convenience. Bedroom #1 offers a queen size bed with a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 offers a queen size bed with a full private bath (tub/shower combo). You will appreciate the convenience of the full size washer & dryer in the laundry closet on this level. On the second level you will discover 4 bedrooms, and you will love the convenience of a second living area on this level, complete with a TV and sleeper sofa (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa). Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, street side with balcony access, and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 offers a king size bed, TV, oceanfront with balcony access, and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #5 offers a king size bed, TV, oceanfront with balcony access, and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #6 offers a queen size bed, street side with balcony access, and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. For your convenience, you will also discover an under-cabinet icemaker and mini-fridge in hallway pantry.

Friend vacation

Property was perfect, everyone liked the pool and beach access. Wish there were beach items there but knew ahead of time there would not be, but group flying in had to buy chairs and us who drove are taking them for next year. Would recommend for large grouos

Overall great property, property management company could be better

The day we were set to arrive at the property, the PM company sent a note that provided some checkin information but also specifically said “do not call us” which felt generally unhelpful. When we arrived at the property, one of the bedroom doors was locked and the company was unreachable. We submitted a ticket to them but ended up having to not use the room the first day. The second day they finally responded to the ticket with a simple “someone is on the way…”. The property was exactly as described and that was great, but the PM company was subpar and ultimately unhelpful.

A lovely home!

We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 13-79. Overall this is a wonderful home with a great pool in an oceanfront location. It is in a gated community. We did, however, encounter several minor maintenance issues. The property manager was very responsive and corrected them usually within hours of being reported. Would stay here again but would hope the owner pays more attention to routine maintenance and upkeep.

Had so called 9 adults in the house All good. Very comfortable Pool was clean and perfect 10 minutes ti food and supplies Been in that area a few times Gets better each visit

Great Location, house could be more clean

We have a great time in Holden Beach and the location of this house is great. The house was not very clean inside upon arrival. You could tell that what cleaning was done was very fast. I don't think the kitchen cabinets have been cleaned in a very long time, they were dirty and sticky. Pillow in bedrooms had stains on them and mattress cover was not clean. We did not use pillow as we brought our own and i was able to use the wash machine to clean the mattress cover.

Wonderful!

We spent a whole week with our large family (9 adults, 6 kids) and we still felt like there was plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are all large and have the same bathroom, which was great for fairness of families. Overall, this was a wonderful place!
