Fully Remodeled Home In Boulder County

A beautifully updated home tucked in the cul-de-sac of a family-friendly neighborhood located near Historic Boulder, Interlocken, Flatiron Crossing Mall, dining, walking, and biking trails. Ten minutes from Boulder, I-36, and fall football at Colorado University! Special attention is given to our home with stringent cleaning practices, non-smoking, and no pet policies. Allergen and waterproof covers line all new bedding and pillows. Guests have access to main floor living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry, and lovely fenced backyard with outdoor dining table/chairs. Upstairs guests will enjoy a guest room with a new king bed and closet storage. An additional partially enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed and leather club chair. Bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and complimentary amenities to get you off to a great start! The entire home has beautiful hardwood flooring, shutters, oversized sofas, operating fireplace you can start with the flip of a switch. The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances and every item needed to make fabulous meals when not dining out. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available for use. Puzzles, books, and board games are also available when it's time to relax inside. An office area in the loft bedroom provides a portable desk, chair, wireless printer, and supplies should you have to work during your stay. You have free access to Xfinity internet with 720 Mbps download and 23 Mbps upload speeds. Guests enjoy contactless check-in with a smart lock at the covered front porch entrance and heated sidewalk mats for your safety during cold weather. There are no other occupants/owners in the home. You will have private access to the entire house, front porch, and back yard. The owner's suite, garage, and basement are locked off for storage and we keep a personal vehicle in the driveway for our visits. We strive to give you a clean, peaceful, and relaxing experience during your visit to beautiful Colorado!

Great location, quiet and safe with quick access to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Great owner. We really enjoyed our stay. Only improvements would be a bigger vanity in the bath, not much room to do, or maybe some more shelves to set toiletries and makeup on. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal preference, maybe a 3" memory foam topper would help. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

Heather has such a beautiful and welcoming home at the heart of everything. About 30 minutes from Denver Airport, 15 minutes from Pearl Street, an hour from Estes and Rocky, 40 minutes from Red Rock Amphitheater and an hour and a half from Breckenridge! The home is also very close to grocery stores and coffee shops and sits at the center of a culdesac in a family centered neighborhood with lots of beautiful walking paths and a playground. The home was well stocked with all kitchen necessities. Heather also includes basic bathroom needs (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, TP, paper towels). She has two types of coffee machines (Keurig and drip with reusable filter) in the kitchen and her fridge has a water filter system on the inside. She has a stock of reusable paper bags in the pantry closet for grocery shopping. Heather was so helpful in helping us find activities to do with our young girls and checked in us periodically via VRBO message to make sure our stay was going well. We even accidentally left a hat behind (which I thought we lost in a trail) and she sent it back! She was truly a gracious host.

Heather made such a comfortable cozy home for our family vacation. She had lots of recommendations for things to do with younger kids and was very sweet when we talked and helpful all the time with any questions I had. We stayed with our two young girls who shared the king bed with the door closest to the bathroom. The location is really incredible. Super close to the grocery store, 17 minutes to downtown Boulder, 10 minutes from 36 to get you to Estes and Rocky which are about an hour away. And in the opposite direction, about 30 minutes to Red Rock, 45 to Historic Georgetown and an hour and a half from Breckenridge. The home had a built in water dispenser in the fridge for easy water bottle filling, a large island for day before hike preps, super comfy couch’s, beds and soft blankets for cozying up at night. The home is in the heart of a culdesac making it really feel like home and the neighborhood has beautifully maintained walkways all throughout plus playgrounds around the corner. We didn’t get to utilize them cause we were out dawn to dusk but I thought it was such a welcoming neighborhood and definitely family centered. We loved this space so much and were so grateful to have a home away from home for our trip! Thanks for helping to create a memorable part of our stay!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

What a welcoming home for the holidays. House fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfy and cozy. Lots of linens, fully equipped kitchen, snuggly living room with fireplace. Blankets so we could all have our own as we stretched out on the couches while watching TV.

Nice Place to Stay

The residence is decorated very nicely and has most all the requirements for a pleasant stay. We would stay here again! The upstairs bathroom had a beautiful shower with bench, however the sink and counter space were small. To accommodate, we took a white bench from the bedroom and put it outside of the bathroom so we could store our bathroom accessories. This helped. Small mirror in the bathroom and a larger mirror in the hall would have helped. Other than these few items, the residence is outstanding and we would highly recommend a stay here with this host.

We enjoyed this lovely, quiet home.

We loved our stay in this home. No complaints other than the minor detail of a squeaky bathroom door that could easily be heard throughout the night by the person sleeping in the loft. Otherwise, all was well and we appreciated the easy access to this beautiful home. Coffee, restaurants and shopping were all nearby and easy to locate.

Charming, convenient, and quiet!

My husband and I stayed here with my adult daughter and her fiance. We were in for a wedding in Boulder. The photos of this home do not adequately express its charm and beauty! Nice, fenced in back yard with table and chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning. Lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood Beds were comfy! Convenient location to Boulder! Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Great Place Great Location

My wife and I stayed here as a short getaway and it was perfect. It's a great side of town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The location is centrally located to quick access to downtown Denver and Boulder. The owner was easy to deal with and responsive, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into this place. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and cozy

We had a great stay at this homey, cozy, remodeled house. It was quiet and roomy. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Great couches and large TV in the living room. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants. Costco is even close by. The owner is friendly and contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking. Great place to stay if heading to Boulder or anywhere else in the vicinity! We would definitely stay again :)
