"Good place for the price but our room could have definitely used some new mattress and box springs but room was clean"

"Check in waa quick. Bed was comfortable but room is dated. My only real complaint was their lack of leniency. Requested a courtesy extension for check out (most places have given 1 hr under normal circumstances & have a 12 p.m. check out not 11 a.m.) they would only give 30 mins despite being without power or a/c for 5 hrs. We were only there 15 hrs. Power outage was not their fault but customer service goes a long way. "

"My room has air conditioning system. The thing needs to turn on by yourself. I thought it turns on when I slide a room card into the room chip. In a short, as soon as you enter your room, i thought it turns on automatically. I am sorry it wasn't. You should better check your room temperature. It does not look the system has a digital version."

"Staff are scammers. Was in the hotel about ten hours with my family. We showered, slept, and got breakfast. They charged $350 for a “deep cleaning” without any evidence. I guess towels are considered too much for them to do. We have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had this happen before. Do not recommend at all."

"Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night.
