Welcome to Salty Breeze! Located in the heart of Marcoola village, just footsteps from Marcoola Beach and the Surf Club, this penthouse is a one-of-a-kind coastal retreat. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views that stretch south to Mudjimba Island and beyond from your private rooftop terrace, complete with jacuzzi and outdoor dining.



The Space:

Mere steps from the sand, Salty Breeze penthouse offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort.



Inside Salty Breeze:

→ Open-plan lounge, dining, and fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all the essentials for both short and extended stays

→ Thoughtfully styled interiors to create a relaxed beachside atmosphere

→ Spacious master bedroom with plush queen bed, ensuite, and direct balcony access

→ Second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed

→ Third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), perfect for kids or groups

→ Main bathroom with shower and all the essentials



Rooftop Terrace:

→ Spiral staircase leading to your private rooftop

→ Jacuzzi with ocean views

→ Outdoor dining table and BBQ, the perfect spot to entertain or relax with a drink from sunrise to sunset



The perfect place to share sun, surf, and sand with family and friends.



Guest Access:

You will have the entirety of the apartment and rooftop terrace to enjoy. Secure garage parking for one car. The pool is shared with other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Marcoola Beach is located just north of Maroochy River and south of Coolum. Boasting quiet uncrowded beaches and a laid back atmosphere.



The markets held every Friday evening from 4 - 8pm offer an array of street food stalls, music and good times. They also hold a local farmers market on Saturday from 8am - 12pm.



Marcoola Surf life saving club is directly across the road from the apartment.



Great coffee shops and food all within easy walking distance.



Mount Coolum National Park is a 5 min drive. The walk to the top of the mountain is 800 metres long. Depending on how fast you travel it should take no longer than one hour to reach the top and return to the bottom. Once at the top the 360 degree view over the Sunshine Coast is simply stunning!



-Coolum is a five minute drive.

-SC Airport is a 7 minute drive.



We have provided a guest manual with local attractions and our favourite places to eat.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

Garage height restriction of 2.15m.

We strictly do not accept "Schoolies" or similar groups.

Excellent location in quiet area

Super super close to beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Well setup apartment with everything we needed. We cooked brekky everyday in the apartment. We all enjoyed our stay and hot tub on the roof was a winner with our teenage boys. Thank you!

Excellent unit and perfect location

The unit was well equipedin the kitchen, clean rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was a bonus for my three daughters The location was ideal ! Across the road from the surf life saving club and patrolled beach. Magnificent! I would recommend the property to anyone and would stay there again. (Note: I would ask the host to review their pest control - a few roaches at night and the sliding door out to the balcony was hard to slide.) In summary, an excellent place to holiday

Very relaxing & comfortable stay for family of 5

The apartment is in a great location and very well equipped. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable staying there for five days. The SLSC directly across the road is a great option if you don't feel like cooking. The rooftop jacuzzi is fantastic for unwinding while watching the waves roll in on the beach. The host was wonderful with communication being clear, concise and timely. We would love to stay there again!

Family catch-up

The booking process was easy and efficient. The unit was well appointed, clean and in a great location. The tiles, curtains and blinds could really do with being replaced, but did not affect the experience. We did feel a little hot sleeping as there was not an air conditioner in any of the bedrooms. There were however ceiling fans, which did help. The roof and jacuzzi were lovely and clean. All in all a lovely weekend break. Thank you.

The 30th birthday for a mama to be

I searched a lot to plan a special 30th birthday for myself as my last birthday before our baby arrives, and this was the perfect place for me and my husband to enjoy and celebrate. Private hottub with ocean view was so lovely, we loved the surroundings , Caffes, shops, and the Saturday morning farmers markets. Thanks to the helpful and responsible host, Tanya. Hopefully we will be back again to share this joy with our family and friends.
