About this listing.

Purpose built holiday home set in magnificent gardens on a huge 1000m2 block in a quiet street only minutes away from shops, restaurants and the best of the Sunshine Coast beaches. Your complete 'home away from home' with everything you would need to simply turn up with your suitcase and have everything here for you to relax and enjoy Sunshine Coast living at it's finest. The back yard has pool fencing. Check the photos for more about the fenced area.

The space

Feel free to entertain guests in your huge undercover outdoor alfresco area that comes complete with a magnificent 8 seater dining table and BBQ.. A huge, full sized kitchen complete with dishwasher, hotplates, oven, microwave and range hood with every kitchen appliance and kitchenware for those wishing to cook up a storm while on holiday. Extra comfort touches include under floor heating in the bathroom and a heated towel rail, complete with fluffy bath sheets and beach towels for added convenience. Reverse-cycle air conditioner for fresh cool air in summer and cosy warm air in winter.

Your guest house is located amongst acreage blocks in a high quality, safe and tranquil haven away from busy main roads and yet only minutes away from central Caloundra which offers every necessity and convenience along with a huge variety of restaurants, cafe's and plenty of take away options along beautiful beach fronts.

Getting around

Taxi's and Uber are great options if you don't have your own transport, and it is only a 5 minute walk to regularly serviced bus stops.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and in a great location. It was our little haven away from home and we loved every minute of our stay, we wish we could have stayed longer! We had a 10hr drive the day we arrived, and when we arrived the lights were on, and it was so beautiful to walk into. The hosts are so lovely and kind as well. Highly recommend staying at Rangimarie!

We absolutely loved the place, there was heated flooring in the bathroom towel heater. Fencing for the back yard for the puppies is nice and secure. Our only problem was working out light switches lol.But other than that they supply you with almost everything to survive in a home.

Beautiful place, immaculate condition, modern, nice and quiet area; close enough to shops & Caloundra. We loved the detail taken in putting together the information folder. Made for good reading. Appreciated the pod machine it was a blessing having great coffee sitting outside watching the birds first thing. The only thing that would make this place better for us was a pool to cool off in. Thank you, we will recommend & be back!

Lovely house but not pet friendly..

Beautiful house and very comfortable. Everything u needed was there. I would definitely not list this house as dog friendly. Owner requested pets stay outside but there is limited shade and no shelter. It rained for a lot of our stay which resulted in pets being tied up under the patio for much of our stay. This wasn't fun for us or them...

Amazing in every way!

We stayed at Rangimarie for three months while organizing to relocate from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast. The house was a wonderful place to stay with our family of three plus doggo and catto. Sharon and Scott were incredible hosts, helping us out with mail forwarding, advice on the area, and even getting us out of a jam when we locked ourselves out one night! Sharon was also very supportive when some problems arose with our next rental property. We loved our time at Rangimarie and would highly recommend to others.

Quiet, modern, great hosts!

Even with a last minute Covid lock down, we were refunded our first 2 nights as we couldn't leave Brisbane. Spacious yard and big shed for our fur child plus cars. Our adult sons enjoyed their stay too. Beautiful kitchen, Wi-Fi, beach towels/linens, great TV and so much more! The gardens are gorgeous! Thanks for having us and great communication. You will enjoy a good rest at Rangimarie.

Relaxing getaway

A nice place out of the busy area of Caloundra but close enough to shops if we wanted to go. A nice quiet place to catch up with family whom we hadn't seen for a while and just chill. The wet weather even made it better a way.

Review of Rangmarie

The location was perfect. Access to neighbourhood parks to walk the dogs. The property is well maintained and clean. It has all the amenities you need and really is a home away from home. Dangerous is set up for both short and long stays and is only a 7 minute drive from the heart of Caloundra and a 15 minute drive to dog beaches. Great spot.

Classy, Contemporary, Clean and very Comfortable!!!

Renting this property was very easy and communication with owners was excellent. The house was fantastic, everything you could want and more, beautiful kitchen, nice big shower, comfy beds and so clean and tidy! We really enjoyed our time at Rangimarie and hope to return soon.👍🏻

No regrets

We were reluctant to go through Stayz accommodation being online and so far from home but the process was easy and the home was beautiful, modern and clean. The owners were so thoughtful in their details and left no stone unturned when it came to your comfort, from heated floors and towel rack in bathroom to providing board games for kids. The owners were welcoming and went out of their way to help. Can't talk for all Stayz properties but this one Highly recommended.
