Welcome to "Sea La Vie" (the sea life), with its tranquil, sweeping views of the fishing and sail boats drifting along the Mooloolah River. Step out your front door, cross the quiet esplanade, & within seconds you’ll be at the kids playground or the boat ramp jetty. Within minutes you’ll be at the idyllic swimming coves near the river mouth, or the wide expanse of Kawana surf beach, or the Point Cartwright lighthouse with views from Bribie to Noosa. Within days you'll be planning to come back.

A great location for a few nights away with our “fur baby.” Plenty of areas to sit and relax with generous supplies of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, sparkling water, coffee and milk. We were most appreciative of the airconditioner upstairs and downstairs as it was very hot and humid during our stay. Communication with the property. Manager was excellent.

Great Location, well stocked and very spacious house. Backyard was able to be closed with driveway gate so our dog could play and run free in the backyard, which was really lovely as well.

House has all the comforts you need, its got the nice retro vibe with good quality linen and towels. Kitchen stocked with basic like oil, gladwrap etc which was handy. Lovely location watching boats going past and a nice quite area but only a very shirt drive to shops and Mooloolaba. We didnt catch the ferry but would be handy if we stayed longer.

Wonderful stay at this lovely beach house

The home was clean, welcoming and very well stocked with everything from pantry items to plenty of towels, board games, outdoor chairs etc. The beds were super comfortable. Communication and information was great. Location was perfect, out the front door and across the street to the park and scenic walking paths overlooking the seaway. We brought our two small dogs along and they loved it as much as we did. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Awesome accommodation!!!

This property was great. The location is excellent - you can get to wherever you want quickly and easily. The river is just across the road so great to go for walks or grab a line and spend a few lazy hours fishing.Would recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again!

40th Wedding Anniversary Family Long Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the park area across the road and with the Ferry stop directly across the road as well we left the cars at home and enjoyed our ferry rides to and from locations.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

We have a wonderful 5 days staying here. The home is comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We just wanted to relax and this was perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. The local cafe is great and we were made to feel very welcome like locals. Even though it was Christmas holidays it wasn't as busy as the rest of the coast. A true gem and we have already booked our next holiday here.

Queensland Beach Holiday

Traveling from the USA, we wanted to have a beach holiday with our son who lives in Brisbane. I found this house online, and thought it sounded great. Let me tell you- we were not a bit disappointed. It’s a lovely home, very close to the beach, coffee shops, and shopping. The house is immaculate and well appointed, the beds are comfie, the showers are wonderful. I could go on.. Suffice it to say we’ll be back! Thanks Hue!

Ideal location… everything you need in a holiday!

A++ stay! Can’t rate it high enough. Fantastic location, close to great cafes, parkland, beaches and coastal walks. The view from your lounge room of the harbour and the passing fishing trawlers is spectacular. Our Border Collie puppy loved the local dog off leash beaches mere minutes walk away. The hosts have thought of everything. Thank you.

Just Perfect!

We spent one week here over Christmas and really felt at home. Our hosts the Holme family made us feel welcome with a generous basket of treats for our family including the four-legged ones. The location doesn't get much better and we are already looking at dates for our return visit. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Would definitely book this property again. Perfect location. A little corner of paradise. We paddled, surfed, swam, walked the dogs and had great coffee at the local cafe. House is nicely decorated and everything you need supplied - all the smallest details thought of. Host was very easy to liaise with and very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sea La Vie Awesome

My family came to stay from South Australia to celebrate my 50th Birthday at this property, in this awesome location of LaBalsa. The house layout was exactly what we required for a comfortable stay with my family with the amazing setting of the river the house offers. The host Hue was extremely abliging and lovely to interact with and gave us a tour via phone of the home prior to visiting and her communication was exceptional with answering her phone first time every time. The house was spotless and had all kitchen and bathroom supplies ready to go, all appliances were modern and in perfect working order. Comfortable beds and lovely linen, nothing was amiss. As for location, well, it doesn't get any better than this ANYWHERE, my family loved it. We chartered a sail boat for 20 persons that picked us up right across from the house to go whale watching and it didn't disappoint. Thank you so much Hue for an amazing stay and we can certainly recommend to others, it won't disappiont. AMAZING
