"Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base.
Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls."

"We were supposed to pay when we arrived & they charged us hours before then. Breakfast was beyond minimal. The staff was very friendly to the gentleman in front of us, giving him lots of choices & small talk. "This is a beautiful newly updated hotel. Quiet and convenient. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the entrance - both Apple Maps and Google Maps gave incorrect directions (likely due to airport construction). Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant- we watched a beautiful sunset over the Nashville skyline."
