Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

  • Waterfront Property! This fabulous house is located on Tubbs Inlet Bay, a tidal waterway, and features incredible views of the marsh and bay. It has a private dock, so bring your boat and/or your jet skis. It also has a sought after private, outdoor pool.

    The home features updated furnishings and interior amenities including 6 new large Smart TVs (Netflix and Amazon streaming capabilities), surround sound stereo in the family room, karaoke and high speed internet and WIFI.

    The two large master bedrooms on the top floor feature king beds, en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. They open onto private covered balconies that face the bay. The upper floor also features a TV sitting area and a laundry closet.

    The two bedrooms on the main floor feature en suite bathrooms, and are furnished with a single queen bed (bedroom 4) or two queen beds (bedroom 3). They both open onto decks. All linens are provided. The main floor also features a large, open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a half bath. This room opens onto the huge main deck with outdoor dining table and chairs.

    Outdoors you will find a fenced, waterfront backyard with private swimming pool, a charcoal grill, and floating boat dock. Get out on the water with the two kayaks and paddle boards and explore the marshes and bay or even pull up on one of the many sandbars. The beach is an easy 9-10 minute walk or use the available golf cart and bicycles. Sunset Beach has recently implemented paid parking. Parking will be free for our renters when using our golf cart. Renters will be responsible for paying the parking fee if they use their personal vehicle anywhere but the driveway at 1518 N Shore Drive. No pets please.

This stay marked our 29th year staying in Sunset and we absolutely loved staying at this property. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom and we had lots of fun in the pool and on the water. Looking forward to coming back!

Very spacious, clean, and well-equipped home

We absolutely loved our week in this home. It was very comfortable and spacious with so much entertainment to keep us busy when we wanted to stay active and relaxed in the pool when we needed to slow down. Everything is very well appointed and thoughtful.

This was our second time staying in this house and this time was just as great as the last. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house is a huge highlight as it is the most important thing and that is a crucial point to note. We are very clean guests that like to keep things the way they were when we arrived and we like to respect the house and hospitality. The elevator always makes unloading the car a lot easier. The golf cart with paid parking was a huge perk and made it very easy to visit the beach and family in a nearby house. The pool is our main reason staying here. It is a perfect way to cool off during the hot days and we love that there are plenty of chairs under the overhang when the sun becomes too much. The view out back and sitting on the dock in the back as well as fishing has you realizing exactly why this is our happy place. So calm and relaxing. We are already planning our next trip to stay here as this house has become so familiar to us and feels so homey when away from home. The only tiny points (and this is me nitpicking) are that the skillets could use upgrading to be nonstick as everything we cooked stuck to them and made cleanup a bit more difficult and the knives could use sharpening so prepping meals is easier. Otherwise, the house is fully stocked and everything even in the garage makes this for a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time! The location was quiet and was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was perfect and the deck overlooking the pool was a favorite spot for morning coffee, reading and planning for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay at Sunset

This home is beautiful, roomy and well appointed. The golf cart got us to the beach and back, but the pool kept us cool and the dock was great for fishing and kayaking. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this property.

Sunset 40th Anniversary and 60th Bday Celebrations

House layout was perfect for our group of friends. Accommodations were ample for our group of 7 although our old joints would have appreciated furniture that sat a little higher off of the ground. We loved the private pool and access to the canals/inlet/ICW provided by the deep-water dock. We loved it so much, we are already booked again for next year!
