  • Welcome to Beach Times & Tee Times located in Sandpiper Bay's Sunset Village Community. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach get-away or to spend your days at one of the 30 golf courses within a 20 mile radius, your ideal vacation awaits!

    This 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom coastal themed condo will welcome you with vaulted ceilings, open concept floorplan, Lanai with canal views, and all of the essentials you will need for the perfect home away from home.

    The great room features an oversized sofa and loveseat, 55" flat screen HD TV with DVD player, cable and free internet connectivity and tasteful coastal decor. Enjoy the movie collection, cards, games and puzzles for evening or anytime entertainment!

    The spacious Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV with cable and private access to the Lanai.

    The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable/DVD player and side by side access to the unit's 2nd full size bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. The fold up twin bed will provide comfortable accommodations to sleep your 5th guest.

    The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all of your daily cooking/dining needs, 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker and full size washer and dryer.

    Exterior amenities include 2 swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grills and bicycle racks. Also be sure to schedule your tee time at Sandpiper Bay's 27 hole golf course designed by Dan Maples and enjoy a meal in the Clubhouse at Piper's Bar & Grill.

    Sandpiper Bay is conveniently located only 3.2 miles from Sunset Beach, 7.9 from Ocean Isle Beach and a short 20 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach.

This condo was just as described, perfect! It was very clean, fresh towels and linens, great location for many golf options and good restaurants and seafood stores all within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely come here again.

This is a nice place. After staying in a few rental beach condos, this is one of the cleanest we’ve been to. It had what was needed for a weekend away, and Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle beach were just down the road. Grocery stores are close, it was nice and quiet, you feel safe.

Very clean condo with a well-stocked kitchen, excellent heating/air conditioning, hot water, screened porch, renter directions, 3 TVs and other amenities.Pool and hot tub is nearby as are golf courses, restaurants, shopping and one of the best rated beaches in the world.

Second Year in a row!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here both years and are sure to be back. Convenience of the pools and hot tubs, very clean unit, well stocked and well decorated. Love it!

Great Vacation Area

We’ve vacationed at Sunset Beach for several years. Our condo was the best! It’s clean, well stocked, and just a few miles from the beach. We’ve stayed there twice and will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Quiet, beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time. The pools were clean and nearby Sunset Beach was absolutely beautiful. We were there everyday! Such a great hidden gem!

Really enjoyed our time there. So peaceful and quiet. Property was beautiful inside and outside. Owner is really nice, and has the property feeling so homey when you step inside.

This is our third time at the condo. It’s just lovely, super clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is very generous with supplying paper goods and always leaves a bag of goodies for guests. I highly recommend this lovely condo to spend your vacation. It’s also quite close to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed another wonderful vacation here! The condo is beautiful and clean with updated flooring throughout, updated master bathroom, and new shelves in the pantry. The host is very responsive to all questions and so welcoming!

Wonderful first visit to Sunset Beach

We were pleased and impressed with our accommodations at Sunset Village. It was clean, attractive, plenty of space/room for 2 people, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and we were visiting over the July 4th holiday. We would recommend to others and would stay again. Thank you Lisa for your lovely home.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo for the third year in a row! It is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and clean. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to all messages. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. All appliances are in great condition. The condo is quiet and very comfortable. It overlooks a large pond presenting a nice view. Location is perfect, easy to get to everything in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area. Thanks for the opportunity to share your wonderful place.

We had such a great stay at this at beach time and tee time! The place was decorated perfectly! Super cute and coastal without being over the top. As soon as we walked in, my kids were so excited, they were literally running from room to room checking everything out. Check-in was a breeze, and the whole place was spotless and really well taken care of. Everything felt tidy, cozy, and just easy. It was the perfect spot for a little beach getaway. Would definitely stay again!
