Unique Designed Home is located in Tara Vista, a quiet, private water front community with 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites) + Sleeping Nook (Sleeps 12), 3.5 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2400 sq ft, Upper Deck, Lower Patio spans the width of the house, Martini Deck with Pergola Cover is poised at the water's edge, New Dock with Swim Deck in 2018, firepit, 3 levels of home provide privacy and lots of space inside and outside with VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS!!!!! You can enjoy the Lake from anywhere in this home!

ENJOY A FRONT ROW SEAT TO (TAN-TAR-A) Margaritaville’s FIREWORK SHOW AND ALL THE EXCITEMENT OF THE LAKE! House is located on Main Channel Osage MM26. You can be at the grocery store in 10 minutes and at the Movies or Osage Beach Entertainment & Shopping District in 20 minutes. Many restaurants and beaches are nearby. Jet Ski or Boat Rental available in nearby Sunrise Beach. Due to main channel water, boats/jet skis can’t be tied off to dock. Public boat ramp only 10 miles away and paid ramp within 5 minutes.

Home is nicely updated, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a large family get away!

Large Concrete Drive with ample parking and Large Front Porch Entry to Main Level which offers a dramatic entry, spacious living room with TV, deck overlooking the lake, 2 spacious Master Suites with TV, 2 full Baths and AMAZING LAKE VIEWS from Every Room. Hardwood and Ceramic Tile Floors throughout. Comfortable Furniture and Decor make you feel at home.

Upper Level has 2 more spacious Bedrooms, one private, the other room is loft style with two queen beds. Upper Level also has a 1/2 bath, and more WONDERFUL VIEWS!

Lower Walk Out Level is an exceptional open space with many windows to provide GRAND VIEWS from any spot. Updated kitchen (includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, eating bar, granite countertops), Family Room with TV, Full Bath, Dinning Area, Large Sleeping Nook. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer.

Lower Patio provides firepit, outdoor dining, gas barbecue grill, ample seating with EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS of the shoreline, dock, bluffs, walkway to dock or pergola. The pergola provides an additional dinning area and rocking bench.

Gentle sloped lot provides ten easy steps to the water, dock walkway, or waterside martini deck with pergola cover and another outdoor dinning area.

New Encapsulated Concrete Dock with Swimming Deck installed in 2018 provides the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, people watching, sunbathing, dinning, and much more! We added a wave breaker in 2021 to help protect the dock from busy peak weekend waves. Chairs and Island Float Mat are provided. We have a collection of games and movies if you need some downtime inside. Our subdivision resurfaced the tennis court in 2021 that is located right in the center. You will be able to play basketball, tennis, pickle ball, or hit the volleyball around.

Kitchen is fully stocked, including: A New Keurig, Coffee Pot(s), Blender, Snow Cone Machine, and everything you need to make a snack or cook up a big meal.

Great rental for a group or larger family. Gave all 5 stars except for location, which we knew about before booking and we’re fine with. Our group wanted to site see, so it was a little longer of a drive, but not a big deal. Would rent again.!

We had a nice stay, with easy access to the house and lake . Communication with the property owner was easy and timely. One of the downfalls with our stay was one of the a/c units on the upper level (which has 3 of the 5 beds in the house) was not functioning correctly so it took a day and a half for the upper level to actually cool off to the point we could sleep up there and we found out the night before checkin that one of the 3 showers was out of order. With 9 people in our family the number of bathrooms and comfortable sleeping beds were the main reasons we rented this house so that did cause a problem with our stay.

This was a great stay with plenty to do for our little ones (ages 3-8). Very thankful to have some green space for them to run around, as well as on the water activities.

Our absolute favorite place away from home. Beautiful, private and always clean and organized. Not to mention the host does an amazing job at recognizing and surprising guests. Last year my wife had a Birthday card waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. This visit was even better.

I had a group of five adult women staying here for a long weekend. We had a lot of fun riding the waves on the island mat. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating with lake views. Stacy was quick to respond to any questions. We were there the weekend of the shootout and it was so fun to have front row seats watching all the boats go by.

Listing posted both a charcoal and gas grill available to use. No charcoal grill. Both propane gas tanks were empty upon arrival Outdoor furniture needs replaced and unsafe for sitting. No hammock on premises. Broken lounge chair on arrival Needs some TLC

This property is great! We had plenty enough room for 10 people and we loved that the kitchen was on the basement level to walk right outside. Nothing against the property but the waves were a bit rocky due to heavy boat traffic when we swam off the dock, and we didn’t stay out long. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean! Just to note- the highest upstairs area has more of a loft where the two queen beds (not a “private space/room”) are and then there’s a private room past the two queen beds. We would definitely stay here again!

We had plenty of room with 11 people total in our group. Parking was spacious and easy to get in and out of the driveway. Beautiful view from the deck and the dock. Owners were quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great for our family, plenty of room for 12 people. If you're not familiar with LOTO, you must know that the main channel, where this house is located, is VERY busy. This means there's lots of boats (and pretty big ones) going by causing a lot of waves, hence the wavebreak they installed. Though it helps some, during the busy part of the day, especially during the week of the 4th, it's super wavy and rocky out there. It made it fun for the kids on the lily pad, but the older adults were a little wary of getting in to swim. The view was amazing, with beautiful sunrises across the way over the cliffs every morning and a perfect view of Margaritaville for the fireworks. We had ok fishing, best in the early morning before the water got all stirred up from boating activity. The upstairs bedroom area is pretty hot when the temps are high, but they have plenty of fans in the house to help alleviate that issue. We'll keep this one on our list to consider for the future.
