"We stayed for two nights while wine tasting. Easy location to many wine tasting venues. Communication with James was excellent. Very clean and lovely view in the backyard. Location was very close to freeway which caused some issues for a few of us at night (road noise). I brought earplugs and had no issues. "

"Wow, what a spectacular home with endless views of the vineyards and hills! We thoroughly enjoyed this modern, super comfortable home that has plenty of large areas to gather both inside and out. The hosts provided every amenity you could wish for and had a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. I loved how everything was clearly labeled making it simple to navigate the expansive kitchen, lights, blinds, fireplace, fire pit, etc. The hosts responded quickly to questions we had prior to check in and...

"This was our second stay at this house, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The home is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for our two dogs to run around, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood feels very safe and quiet, with several great restaurants nearby. The hot tub is a great bonus — clean and well-kept. This has become our go-to spot when visiting family in West Richland. Highly recommend!"

"Each room was clean, with multiple beds in most rooms. The kitchen(s) were clean and amply stocked with utensils and maybe more importantly coffee supplies! Would definitely consider staying there again in the future. "

"Due to miscommunication, the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We contacted the owner who contacted the cleaning service and after vacating the premises for a few hours, this was remedied as well as could be expected. The home was as advertised, but the backyard a safety concern if you have children in your party. The coffee pot was broken; hand towels and spoons in short supply. "
