"Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice."

"The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!"

"We had two rooms and both offered plenty of space. There was a loveseat in each room (great for sitting but you could not have a person sleep on it due to the length). The bathroom was clean with plenty of room for two people to get ready at the same time. The only glitch in our time there is that the reservation asked us for names for each room when we booked (we booked both at the same time under one account). Not sure why they needed names so I gave my name for one and my husband for the...

"I would give a five star because the unit was really nice and we had no issues except the elevator was broken during our stay with a 1 year old. The front desk staff did assist us with our luggage thank goodness. Abraham was very helpful."
